I found in interesting news blurb from India this morning. Apparently, this person was ill at a hospital some distance away from his hometown, and an uninformed (clueless?) relative spread the news that he had died.
He eventually recovered and returned to his home, but by that time everyone believed that he had really died, and so they thought he had come back as a ghost.
The article can be read here.

holy cow!! I mean, he was in India, right? Isn't that what he should have come back as? Unless he was a liar or a thieif or something, then he would have come back as a Woman. The horror!
Well, Shannon, hindu reincarnation is like this:
The form a person takes when they're reincarnated is dependent on their behavior while they're alive. I.e., if they conduct themselves well, they'll be 'upgraded' to an (arguably) higher social status or being.
Or, alternatively:
The form a person is reincarnated as depends on what they're focusing on when they die. I.e., if they're focusing on being faster or stronger, they might come back as a cheetah or something.
And those who behave themselves Very well come back as holy cows, or perhaps it is those who have behaved very well in several consecutive lives. And nobody eats them.
So when the cheetah dies, it comes back as a woman, right? Cheetah's never prosper!
You really seem to be into this whole 'woman as a lower life form' thing.
lol.
So how's your life going?? :) Haven't heard from you in a while...
Excuse me, but the oracle says that you are no longer a 2nd year law student, and that you should update your profile. And then that you should post again.
