This morning I went running, and obtained furthur data on my theory that less sleep=better running (I got 4.5 hours of sleep last night and ran fine). This theory was initially formulated on Monday (I think) and I forgot the blog it. The only other logical conclusion is that by some inexplicable occurance I'm improving my stamina.
At any rate, I'm up to half a mile without stopping, and the whole mile in about 6.5 minutes. Since we're not running in straight lines, though, my distance figures might be a bit off. I think on Friday we'll increase our route by a block and see what happens.
